Operations Admin Assistant


Location : Tai Seng


Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.30PM


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Flexi Benefit (Medical/Dental/Health Screening/Purchase of Eyewear)


Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:


Prepare quotations in Xero based on email enquiries and customer requests


Coordinate daily schedules via Google Calendar and prepare related documents


Generate daily reports and maintain accurate Excel records


Support month-end billing and general administrative duties


Assist with examination certification renewals via the MOM system


Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally


Send documents to customers accurately and on time


Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely document delivery


Maintain proper filing and record management in the shared drive


Support process improvement initiatives and provide team coverage when needed




Requirements:


Minimum GCE O Levels, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration or related field


Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic AI tools


Strong Excel skills preferred
