Sales Executive (Account Managing/Surface Materials)


Location : Woodlands | Island-Wide


Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturday 8.30pm to 1pm


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $4,000 + Commission + Variable Bonus + Transport Reimbursement (Mileage) + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Surface Materials




Responsibilities:


Schedule meetings and site visits to understand clients needs and introduce relevant products.


Build trust and rapport with key accounts by offering tailored solutions, staying in touch regularly, and ensuring a positive brand experience.


Act as a key point of contact during launches – introducing new products to clients, sharing technical knowledge and managing sample requests.


Be the bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth implementation of marketing of sales campaigns across your accounts.


Provide prompt support post-sale, from technical clarification to feedback collection, reinforcing your reliability and client satisfaction.


Work with finance team to ensure smooth account administration.




Requirements:


Nitec/Diploma with at least 1-3 years of relevant sales experience.


Class 3 or Class 3A license with own vehicle


Experienced in engaging customers and managing relationships
