Job Scope:


Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries


Meticulous handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues


Performed close support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained


Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents


Provision of administrative support to the department


Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned




Requirements:


Min Diploma in Business or relevant discipline


Able to start within a short notice period
