Adecco is partnering with an established logistics operator within the container haulage space, supporting port-related transportation activities across Singapore.

We are hiring a Fleet Controller. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of daily fleet coordination, driver scheduling, and container movement planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery aligned with port and vessel schedules.

You will work closely with internal teams, drivers, and external partners in a fast-paced environment where real-time decision-making is critical.

Role Details:

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: East Region

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:

Oversee daily trucking operations, including job allocation, route planning, and driver coordination

Monitor vessel schedules and container movements to ensure timely deliveries

Optimise fleet utilisation and capacity, including engaging external hauliers when required

Handle operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption

Maintain job records and support billing coordination

Track performance and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and cost control

The Talent:

Minimum 2 years of experience in transport operations, fleet control, or logistics coordination

Exposure to container haulage, trucking, or port-related operations preferred

Familiarity with PSA/container movement processes is advantageous

Experience in route planning, scheduling, and real-time operations handling

Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Experience with TMS or logistics systems is a plus
