Job Description

Join a manufacturing company in the electrical equipment sector as an Admin Assistant (Project Documentation), based near Woodlands North/Admiralty MRT. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), offering a competitive salary package with variable bonus (VB). Ideal for individuals seeking a stable administrative position with structured hours and exposure to project coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Project Manager with day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks
  • Respond to and manage project-related inquiries efficiently
  • Organize, update, and maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing project communications
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Assist with additional administrative or project-related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum NITEC or GCE “O” Level qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with good communication skills
