We are seeking an Admin Assistant (Sales Support)


Job Description

We are seeking an Admin Assistant (Sales Support) to join a manufacturing company in the electrical equipment industry, based near Woodlands North/Admiralty MRT. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM schedule, offering a competitive salary package with variable bonus (VB). Ideal for candidates looking for stable weekday hours and a supportive office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to and manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and issue quotations while supporting the sales team with administrative coordination.
  • Liaise with customers to clarify quotation details and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and support other assigned tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • NITEC or “O” Levels qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong service orientation.
  • Collaborative team player with good problem-solving abilities.
