Job Responsibilities

[Gov Healthcare] Accountant - Up$5500 (Financial Planning, Central) #HCY

• Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting

a. Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts for timely decision-making.

b. Prepare financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to support management in decision-making and interventions.

c. Support variance analysis for management review (e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts).


• Capital Investment

a. Support digital transformation projects through financial evaluation and review.

b. Evaluate business cases and projects, identifying risks and opportunities.


• Governance

a. Conduct periodic reviews of internal processes, systems, policies, and procedures, and recommend improvements to minimise business risks.

b. Collaborate across multiple disciplines and departments to drive process improvements and strengthen controls.


• Stakeholder Management

a. Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with organisational strategic objectives.


Job Requirement

• Degree in Accountancy, professional accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant), or a degree in Business Administration (majoring in Accountancy or Finance), or equivalent.
