Accounts/Finance Executive


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

• Process invoices, payments, and staff claim in a timely manner

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors and tax agents

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes

• Assist with GST filing and tax submissions where required
