We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Admin Manager to oversee our human resources functions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people operations with administrative leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1. Human Resources Management:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, on/offboarding, training and performance management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement processes.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, QA processes).
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
2. People and Culture:
- Foster a collaborative and mission-driven culture aligned with company values.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, including compliance and technical training.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and feedback.
3. Office Management:
- Primary point of contact for building management matters (e.g., lease agreement, maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate with building management on any space expansions, renovations, emergency protocols, etc.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
- Manage office vendors, facilities and equipment, including coordination with relevant service providers.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and documentation.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, procurement and expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, audits and company events, both internal and external.
4. Compliance and Quality Support:
- Support HR-related compliance for audits and certifications (e.g., ISO, quality management systems).
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with Regulatory team on training records and compliance tracking.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Tertiary education in HR/Business related field with minimum 5 years relevant professional experience.
- Working knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., ISO, audits, compliance frameworks) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
NICE TO HAVE:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting ISO audits or quality management systems.
