Join a freight forwarding, packing and crating services company as an Operations Executive based in Loyang. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, with working hours from either 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate shipment documentation and ensure all required paperwork is prepared accurately.
- Process shipment orders and support smooth day-to-day freight forwarding operations.
- Plan collections and deliveries to ensure shipment timelines and customer deadlines are met.
- Update customers on shipment progress and assist with shipment-related enquiries.
- Build positive customer relationships through regular and professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and help anticipate operational needs.
- Ensure job files are completed promptly to support monthly account closing.
- Track assigned KPIs and work towards achieving operational targets.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/ITE in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in handling daily responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Sysfreight will be an advantage.
- Willing to work additional hours when required.
