About the Opportunity

Join a Global Aerospace & Aviation Leader in a key Group Finance / Group Reporting role, responsible for end-to-end Group Consolidation, IFRS Financial Reporting, Management Reporting and Variance Analysis across multiple regional subsidiaries in a multinational environment.

Take ownership of Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End Closing, Budgeting & Forecasting and Audit Coordination, while driving Finance Transformation, Process Automation, ERP enhancement, and Internal Control Improvements in collaboration with regional finance teams and external auditors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting and consolidated management reports in compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.

Manage Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Closing activities for both Group and local trading entity reporting. Review and analyze regional subsidiaries' Management Accounts including detailed Variance Analysis, reconciliation and reporting accuracy.

Support Budgeting, Forecasting and Group financial planning processes across multiple business entities.

Coordinate with regional finance teams and external auditors on Audit Deliverables, statutory reporting and financial statement preparation.

Provide technical accounting support on IFRS standards, Group reporting requirements and finance compliance matters.

Drive Finance Transformation, reporting automation, process improvement and internal control enhancement initiatives.

The Talent

Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.

Min. 3 years of experience in Audit, Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, and 2 years of experience in commercial finance environment.

Prior Big 4 Audit experience is highly preferred, ideally with exposure to IFRS, regional reporting and consolidated financial statements.

Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint for financial analysis and management reporting; experience with group reporting & ERP systems is advantageous.

Self-driven and collaborative team player with exposure to finance transformation, system implementation, automation projects and process improvement initiatives.
