Quantity Surveyor

Location : Beach Road

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:

Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities and contract documentation.

Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare tender analysis.

Handle progress claims, variation orders, cost control and final accounts.

Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow to ensure cost effectiveness.

Work closely with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.

Review drawings, specifications and contract requirements to identify cost implications.

Ensure all contractual documents, claims and reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Assist in procurement planning and sourcing of subcontractors/suppliers.

Support dispute resolution, contractual correspondence and project cost forecasting.

Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.

Good knowledge of contracts, tendering, cost estimation and project claims.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM or quantity take-off software will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Able to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
