Operations Assistant - Air Freight & Export Billing (Up to $3K)


Job Description

The Opportunity:

Opportunity to work in a MNC Shipping & Logistics Company

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Nearest MRT: Changi Airport

1 year contract

Salary: Up to $3,000

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer invoicing, billing, and monthly reports accurately and on time

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve billing or rate disputes

Ensure timely processing of jobs and billing within deadlines

Support daily export billing operations and assist the manager when needed

Perform administrative tasks and guide junior staff to maintain smooth workflow

Job Requirements:

Strong Excel and computer skills with good numerical ability

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Relevant qualification with some work experience (experience in Transport & Logistics is a plus)
