Front Desk & Office Administration
o Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
o Manage visitor registration via Traction Guest
o Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
o Maintain telephone directory updates and issue office-wide announcements.
o Coordinate meeting room bookings.
o Manage office supplies, pantry items, groceries, stationery, and printed materials (business cards, letterheads, envelopes).
o Support annual asset verification and physical inventory counts
o Assist in finance record retention
o Coordinate meeting catering (lunch/tea breaks) and office events
o Support IT coordination needs
o Assist with travel bookings, visas, and hotel arrangements
o Create vendors for non-manufacturing purchases.
o Provide admin support to Sales (presentation updates, data compilation, tradeshow preparation).
o Serve as Safe Management Officer and help implement/monitor safety measures.
o Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with SHEA and local regulations (fire safety, detectors, extinguishers).
o Manage office equipment maintenance, vendor contracts, and service providers (workstations, copiers, access cards, security systems, cleaning services).
o Perform other administrative duties assigned to support departmental and office operations.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in Office Administration Environment
Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a welcoming demeanor.
Good Interpersonal and MS Office Skills
