HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
Provide regional HR support to subsidiaries, including full-spectrum HR business partnering support to the Thailand subsidiary.
Handle payroll administration, leave management, and taxation matters for local employees and the Thailand subsidiary.
Support HR operations for the Thailand subsidiary in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with auditors on payroll audit matters for the Thailand subsidiary.
Support the Thailand subsidiary’s annual salary review and promotion exercises.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-managerial positions, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
Provide corporate HR support and act as an HR business partner to local business units.
Provide HR advisory and operational support to business leaders and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
Support the Manager in administering the Employee Performance Management System and Employee Learning & Development initiatives.
Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
Assist in the development, implementation, and coordination of HR projects and initiatives.
Prepare HR analytics, reports, and statistical data for management review and decision-making.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and statutory regulations.
Support the Manager in coordinating with the company’s sustainability function.
Assist the Manager in reviewing and enhancing employee compensation and benefits programs for the Thailand subsidiary.
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to regional payroll administration and compensation & benefits.
Experience in regional payroll operations
Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Independent, proactive, resourceful, meticulous, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and commitment towards work.
