Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for office staff, site workers, and subcontract employees accurately and on time.
Maintain and verify attendance records, overtime, leave, and timesheets from project sites.
Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower updates and payroll inputs.
Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and reconciliation statements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory deductions, and government regulations.
Maintain employee records, contracts, work permits, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities including employee documentation.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare employment letters, confirmations, warnings, and other HR-related correspondence.
Monitor staff leave balances, claims, and benefits administration.
Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling when required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
Support HR audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting.
Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR/payroll experience, preferably in the construction industry, handling high volume payroll.
