Responsibilities:
· Handle all daily operational activities of incoming and outgoing customer orders (both local and overseas) includes invoicing - billing, costing and preparation of quotes.
· Management of customers, overseas network partner queries and local queries.
· Close monitoring of shipments and to ensure on-board deliveries and all local pickup and deliveries are being managed in a smooth manner.
· Update of information, movement of cargo and inventory in the marine solutions portal
· Ensure smooth running of all job processes to achieve KPIs as set as by HOD and Management so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensure all key processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Ensure timely preparation of documents for billing and costing.
· Involvement with work improvement by registering service failures
· Assist in the implementation for new Marine Solutions customers
· Timely submission of reports as and where needed
· Adherence to the KPIs set as by the HOD and Management
· Ensure timely update of customer's records to ensure completeness and accuracy of Database
· Procurement of buy rates from vendor(s)
· Take part in regular global conference call dedicated to Marine Solutions business and participate actively in discussions
