Process high volumes of staff claims (cash & corporate card) accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Create and maintain user accounts in the claims system and provide support for claims-related matters.
Assist with vendor invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve invoice/payment issues efficiently.
Respond professionally to staff and vendor inquiries regarding claims, invoices, and payments.
Prepare and post journal entries related to accruals and claims transactions.
Support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial records.
Participate in finance system transformation projects, including testing, data migration, and implementation support.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting from a local Polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
Prior experience in Claims Management and Accounts Payable is a bonus
