Join a company in the Workwear / Safety Apparel Industry as an Accounts & Admin Assistant based in Tai Seng. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, offering basic salary, performance bonus, AWS, and medical benefits in a stable office-based environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare monthly statements of accounts and follow up on outstanding items promptly.
- Check sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organised filing systems and keep accounting records accurate and up to date.
- Track ageing reports, sales reports, and purchase reports regularly.
- Support journal entries, audit preparation, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on finance and account-related matters.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and daily office support duties.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to pick up new software systems.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible in handling assigned work.
- Willing to learn and support process improvements.
- Able to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team.
