Join a Transportation/ Logistics organisation as a Warehouse Admin Coordinator based in Tuas, within walking distance from the MRT. This is a permanent role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, and one Saturday per month from 8.30am to 12.30pm, offering a Basic Salary + Variable Bonus and a convenient MRT-accessible location.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive and manage job requests from customers and internal teams via email.
- Register jobs, update data, and prepare documentation for daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with customers on job status, schedules, and general enquiries.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to support timely job completion.
- Keep operational records accurate and ensure documents are properly filed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Warehouse Customer Service team.
- Support other coordination, administrative, or operational duties when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in email correspondence and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good planning, organisational, and coordination abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.
