Hr Cum Admin Assistant


Job Description

We are looking for an HR cum Admin Assistant to join a skin care and cosmetics manufacturing company located in Ang Mo Kio (North area). This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, offering a salary of up to SGD 2,600 with AWS and Variable Bonus. The position provides an opportunity to support both HR and administrative operations in a structured corporate environment while contributing to employee engagement and daily office functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage incoming phone calls by answering, directing them to the appropriate department, and recording messages when necessary.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support such as typing documents, printing, filing, mailing, and coordinating courier services.
  • Monitor and renew insurance policies, infrastructure permits, and relevant certifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding the purchase, renewal, servicing, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, devices, and company assets.
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) using the SAP system.
  • Support HR-related purchases and maintain records related to staff attendance.
  • Maintain and update employee information, including leave records and staff particulars.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including preparing application forms and supporting related documentation.
  • Contribute to company functions, employee welfare activities, and events, while providing administrative support for ISO & GMP initiatives.
  • Help maintain HR and ISO policies, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new employees, including orientation preparation and PC access setup.
  • Pack items for courier dispatch and organise courier arrangements when required.
  • Prepare and document meeting minutes for monthly departmental and ISO meetings.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and external courses, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Arrange and update records for employees’ annual medical check-ups as required for employment matters.
  • Perform additional administrative or HR-related duties assigned by Management or the HR Department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum ITE qualification or a relevant HR certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Infotech system will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and managing assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
