Job Description

Admin Executive (law firm)

Salary: $2300 - $2500

Job duties:

  • Handling of legal paper work
  • Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
  • Handle incoming emails, and general enquiries
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management

Location:

Toa Payoh

Working hours:

9am to 6pm, 5 days
