Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the industrial solutions sector, and we are looking for a Billing & Service Admin Executive to support their service team on a 1-year contract basis.
This role will be suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, system-savvy, and comfortable handling invoicing, billing coordination, AR follow-ups, and internal administrative processes within a fast-paced service environment.
Employment Type:1-Year contract
Location:West Region
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary Package: Up to $4,300 + 1-month Completion Bonus
The Job:
Prepare and issue invoices for service contracts, projects, and ad-hoc service jobs
Ensure completed Work Orders are reviewed and invoiced promptly
Manage monthly and milestone billing cycles
Review supporting documents such as PO, DO, and service-related documents
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies, rejections, and billing-related issues
Coordinate with Sales, Service Engineers, Finance, and customers on billing matters
Maintain accurate documentation and support audit/internal reporting requirements
Support internal reporting, audit requirements, and process compliance
The Talent:
Prior experience in administration, invoicing, billing, AR support, service coordination, or operations support
Familiarity with SAP, ServiceMax, or other ERP/service systems will be highly advantageous
IT-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to follow through on pending matters independently
Able to start immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous
