The Opportunity Project Admin Assistant (MNC/ Up to $3.5k/ No exp ok!)
Adecco is partnering our client, one of the MNC in the FMCG industry
3-6 months contract
Salary: Up to SGD 3500 (depending on Experience)
Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous
Location: one-north
The Talent
Diploma in Business field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with general office practices and administrative procedures
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail
No exp is ok - as training will be provided
Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings while preventing scheduling conflicts
Perform general office duties including filing, document management, and data entry
Create, format, revise, retrieve, and store documents using Microsoft Office applications
Maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital)
Operate standard office equipment such as copiers, calculators, and other administrative tools
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence
Handle repetitive administrative tasks with speed and precision while maintaining high accuracy
Assist with basic calculations and numerical data processing
