Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a HR Development & Operations Support who focuses on coordinating learning and development programmes, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and day-to-day HR operations to enhance organisational capability and employee experience.
Job Summary
Support the organisation's HR capability development and employee engagement initiatives
Assist in delivering learning and development programmes, onboarding activities, and HR operational support
Contribute to enhancing employee experience and overall HR effectiveness
The Talent
Relevant experience in Human Resources or HR operations
Experience with Workday is advantageous
Familiarity with competency development and content/collateral design tools such as Canva is preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good coordination and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Job Description
Coordinate end-to-end learning and development activities, including programme planning, vendor coordination, enrolment, and post-training evaluation
Support competency and capability development initiatives across the organisation
Assist with employee onboarding and staff induction programmes
Support employee engagement activities such as townhalls and internal events, including communications, design, and event operations
Provide administrative and operational HR support for ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives
