Client Service Specialist (Entry Level) #HJN


Job Description

Responsible for managing key accounts by acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution and successful implementation of new programs.


Oversees inventory replenishment, stockholding, forecasting, and supply planning to maintain service levels and optimize stock.


Monitors KPI performance, conducts root cause analysis, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.


Manages safety stock, excess/obsolete inventory, and utilizes ERP systems to control a high volume of SKUs while improving operational processes.


Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours


Requirements:


Min Deg in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any relevant educational qualifications
