The Job
Manage the day-to day supervision and oversight of the outsourcing arrangement, supporting Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure performance standards are fulfilled and met by the outsourced service provider and its subcontractor(s) according to the service level agreement
Follow-up on enquiries / complaints relating to the outsourced arrangement
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and their customers' needs to recommend solutions to improve existing operations
Monitor performance against SLA, cost and budget
Provide support to invoice validation, processing and settlement of outsourcing agreement
Review processes and identify areas for improvement and risk control
Provide operational support to BUs for new initiatives
