Admin Executive


Job Description

Admin executive on a 1 year contract


Key Responsibilities:


Provide general office administrative support, including coordination of pantry supplies, stationery, and office items.


Assist with staff benefits administration and maintain related records and documentation.


Support the preparation of internal communications


Monitor and process office related and temporary staff related invoices and expenses


Coordinate interview arrangements


Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, including documentation preparation and logistical arrangements.


Assist in the coordination of Board and sub committee meetings, including preparation of meeting notices and collation of documents.


Maintain governance records and ensure proper documentation and filing.


Any other ad hoc duties as assigned



Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline.


Administrative or office support experience would be advantageous


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain proper records and documentation.


Able to work under supervision, manage tight timelines, and follow established procedures.



Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30AM – 6PM)
