This role supports the Human Resource Operations & Development team in delivering key HR functions, including learning and development administration, casual hiring coordination, recruitment support, contract management, and awards-related activities. The officer will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR operations and effective stakeholder coordination across divisions and external partners.

Job Responsibilities
Learning & Development Support
Support the administration of training and development programmes, including handling queries, course nominations, registrations, and e-learning account management
Coordinate with officers, learning providers and stakeholders on course logistics and registration matters
Provide logistical support for induction programmes and other OD-related initiatives
Assist in data cleaning, reporting, and management reporting tasks
Casual Hiring & Recruitment Support
Manage end-to-end casual officer hiring coordination with divisions and manpower agencies
Track hiring requests, contract expiry, onboarding, and offboarding of casual officers
Support recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview arrangements, written tests, and candidate follow-ups
Contract Management & Offboarding
Maintain tracking of employee contracts and ensure timely updates
Support offboarding administration, including exit clearance checklist completion
Administrative Support & Event Support
Support logistics and coordination for event related activities
Assist in preparation of emailers and collation of inputs from stakeholders
Provide administrative and meeting support as required
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines
Prior HR experience is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work across internal and external parties
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
