Project Engineer (Construction / Infrastructure)
Location : Woodlands Walk
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Performance Bonus + Transport/Handphone Claims + 14 - 17 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and allocate resources including manpower, materials, equipment, fleet, and inventory across projects.
Consolidate project schedules and ensure sufficient resources are planned for daily operations.
Monitor operations through site visits, CCTV, fleet tracking, and other technology tools.
Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements such as LTA, NEA, PUB, CAG, BizSAFE, and WRP.
Coordinate training arrangements for the operations team.
Improve manpower retention, workforce capability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Maintain and improve safety standards across all site operations.
Ensure teams comply with safety rules and take action against non-compliance.
Review workflows and propose policies or structures to improve operational gaps.
Support crisis management, stakeholder communication, and urgent operational issues.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
Able to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, preferably within civil / infrastructure, construction, building, waste management, or project-based environments.
Knowledge of Singapore regulatory compliance and operational standards is an advantage.
Preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving licence, as the role may require travel to project sites and operational locations.
