Accounts cum HR Admin Assistant


Location : Gambas Crescent (Sembawang)


Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Contractor/Renovation




Main Responsibilities


Handle partial accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.


Prepare and assist with GST and CPF filing.


Perform bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and cashbook updates.


Support HR and administrative documentation, including relevant permit or application processes where required.


Perform other accounts, HR, and administrative duties relevant to the role.


Requirements


ITE/Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent relevant qualification or experience.


Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts, payroll, HR administration, or a similar role.


Familiarity with relevant administrative permit application processes, such as work pass, site access, or industry-related submissions, would be advantageous.


Able to work independently and manage routine accounting and administrative tasks accurately.


Proficient in basic office and accounting-related software.
