Location: CT Hub - 8 minutes walk from Lavender MRT station
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week/ Office hours (WFH 2 days per week) + 4 hours off in lieu per month
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Work on weekends if project requires (*off-in-lieu will be reimbursed)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for event execution
Assist with event setup, logistics, operations, and on-site coordination
Support event planning, scheduling, and administrative follow-up
Ensure event requirements and timelines are properly carried out
Handle ad hoc operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
1–3 years’ experience in events coordination, operations, hospitality, exhibitions, or related fields
Junior candidates with relevant internship/freelance events experience may be considered
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with on-site event support
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Occasional overtime or weekend support may be required depending on event schedules.
