Executive Assistant/Customer Service [Tengah, 12 months contract]
Location: Tengah/ Plantation Plaza
Duration: 12 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000 (Depending on experience) + 1 month completion Bonus
Job Duties:
Deliver professional and high-quality customer service when scheduling appointments and handling consumer enquiries.
Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases by updating schedules, work progress, and related records.
Coordinate and deploy contractors and teams based on the latest operational updates.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Improve and enhance spreadsheets and databases to streamline record management and reporting processes.
Prepare reports for stakeholders and carry out additional duties assigned by management.
Requirement
Diploma holders
Prior experience in customer service or a related role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, Macro, basic analysis) and comfortable working with large datasets.
