We are looking for a positive, organised, and people-oriented Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at MindFORCE Academy!
If you enjoy working with people, keeping things running smoothly, solving problems on the go, and being part of a dynamic learning environment — this role may be for you. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll play an important role in supporting our learners, trainers, and daily centre operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping the Centre Running Smoothly
- Support the daily operations of the training centre
- Coordinate classrooms, schedules, and training logistics
- Make sure training rooms are ready for classes and workshops
- Help keep records, documents, and admin matters organised
Supporting Learners & Trainers
- Be one of the friendly faces learners and trainers can approach for help
- Assist with course enquiries, registrations, and learner support
- Coordinate trainer schedules and classroom arrangements
- Help ensure classes and assessments run smoothly
Customer Service & Engagement
- Create a welcoming and positive learning environment
- Assist with handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Support events, activities, and learner engagement initiatives
Team & Improvement Projects
- Work closely with different teams across the organisation
- Support process improvements and operational projects
- Contribute ideas to make things work better and smarter
- Take on new challenges and responsibilities along the way
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, responsible, and proactive personality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team player with a willing-to-learn attitude
- Comfortable using common software applications such as Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Experience in education, training, customer service, or operations is a bonus — but attitude and willingness to learn matter most!

Requirement
- Degree in any disciplines from a recognized organization. Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Hours
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Required to work some evenings or weekends (with time-off-in-lieu provided)
