Job Description

Support the Fixed Assets Manager in managing Fixed Asset operations, focusing on asset disposal and inter-division transfers.

Assess, standardize, and optimize asset disposal and transfer processes to boost efficiency.

Establish process controls to ensure timely management of asset disposal and transfers.

Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to Fixed Asset policies and practices.

Prepare management reports on Fixed Assets and respond to ad-hoc inquiries.

Address audit inquiries concerning Fixed Assets and ensure all audit-related activities comply with established standards.

Requirements

Minimum a diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of experience in finance or audit industry, with knowledge

Fixed Asset Management experience is an added advantage

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Meticulous and able to handle multi tasks.
