Handle daily administrative and documentation duties
Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders
Attend to customer enquiries and support retail sales operations
Maintain proper filing, records, and inventory coordination
Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and delivery teams
Assist with reports and operational support
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Have min. 1-2 years of Admin experience is preferred
Proficient in MS Office Applications
5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday (10:30am - 7:30pm), Saturday (10:30am - 2:30pm)
Location: Jurong East
Salary: up to $2600
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
