[Job ID: 1617230] Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meetings, and correspondence. Manage documentation control, filing systems, scanning, and email records in both hardcopy and softcopy formats. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, site meetings, and meal arrangements for the team. Monitor and replenish office and administrative supplies as required. Support onboarding logistics for new team members and liaise with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Project teams, and Company Secretary. Maintain and update client databases, including name card records. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and daily online news monitoring related to the real estate sector. Compile and track regular market updates from relevant authorities and organisations. Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and partners, including follow-ups on submissions and approvals. Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and project references. Assist in organising networking events, client visits, corporate functions, and year-end festive greetings. Requirements Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline. At least 3–4 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
