Executive Assistant


Location : Loyang


Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events


Duration : Perm


Industry : Jewellery Manufacturer




Responsibilities:


Oversee and coordinate projects across business units and initiatives.


Liaise with HODs to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.


Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and office operations.


Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting minutes (local & regional).


Support stakeholder coordination (shareholders, clients, suppliers, authorities).


Handle confidential matters and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.




Requirements:


Minimum Diploma qualifications in any field


Prior experience in digital marketing preferred


Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).


Experience in corporate governance preferred.


Proactive, independent, and willing to travel when required.


Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
