Receptionist (Global Pharmaceutical MNC) - Up to $3.3K | Office Hours #HTJ
front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
• Greet visitors professionally and coordinate visitor registration and access arrangements
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Handle incoming mail, courier deliveries, and dispatch arrangements
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting logistics when required
• Provide administrative support for office activities and corporate events
• Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional office environment
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support daily office operations
• Perform general administrative and reception duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min GCE O Level / Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
