Position: HR & Admin Executive (Payroll / Employee Engagement)
Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
Working hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.15pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4000 + Bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators
Main Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
Coordinate with vendors for office services, facilities maintenance, and staff transportation
Manage pantry supplies, stationery inventory, and staff welfare items
Support monthly payroll administration, attendance tracking, and overtime processing
Coordinate training arrangements, registrations, and administration
Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Liaise with dormitory and service providers on employee-related matters
Organise employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and company events
Support HR and administrative projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
