Location: Tampines
Salary: Up to $2,600
Duration: 6 Month
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 9am to 6.30pm
Fri 9am to 5.30pm
Job Duties:
Process day to day (data entry into inhouse system) of transactions promptly with vigilance
Liaise with both internal and external customers on instructions as and when needed
Processing of Trade Operations transactions
Provide administrative support and any Adhoc duties (e.g. Filing data entry reconciling of reports) to the team and other duties as assigned
Other adhoc projects and admin duties as assigned.
Requirements: Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Good working attitude, responsible and proactive
Have good follow up skills and able to work in a fast pace environment
