Join the Marine / Maritime Services industry as an Administrative Executive based in Tanjong Pagar. This is a permanent role with a 6-day work week from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, including one day WFH, and offers a Basic + AWS salary package.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day office administration to support smooth business operations.
- Maintain company documentation, filing systems, correspondence, and records accurately.
- Coordinate operational matters with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal teams.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and provide administrative support to management.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business-related documents.
- Track payment follow-ups and support finance-related administrative documentation.
- Assist with HR administrative matters, including staff records, attendance, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor office supplies, company assets, and general office maintenance needs.
- Ensure administrative work follows company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in logistics, marine, or operations industries will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willing and able to support operational matters outside regular office hours when required.
