Adecco is currently partnering with a leading provider of hardware-based authentication and cybersecurity solutions. With increasing demand for secure identity and access management, the company is seeking a Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, inbound receiving, order fulfillment, and dispatch activities.

Working hour: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Location: Tai Seng

Salary up to $5000 + monthly flexi-benefit

The Job

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfilment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant information in the system.

Perform basic quality and quantity checks to ensure items meet required standards.

Receive and inspect incoming goods, verify deliveries, and report any discrepancies.

Prepare outbound shipments including packing, labelling, and documentation to ensure timely dispatch.

Follow operational procedures and maintain proper documentation to support traceability and compliance.

Assist with process improvement and general warehouse housekeeping to support operational efficiency.

The Talent

Diploma in Engineering, logistics and supply chain management or equivalent experience.

2 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space.

Basic proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.
