Job Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop retail teams through training in product knowledge, sales, customer service, and makeup application skills.
Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify development needs, and provide personalized coaching and feedback.
Set, monitor, and drive sales targets while motivating teams to achieve strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and oversee in-store events and promotions to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Manage store performance and administrative functions, including sales reporting, budget tracking, operational compliance, visual merchandising standards, and customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty sales, retail, or preferably within a luxury beauty brand environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
With excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
