Basic + Completion Bonus
Billing and Invoicing:
1. Prepare invoices and shipping documents to overseas customers.
2. Coordinate, monitor and follow up with shippers/consignees/forwarders.
3. Verify shipment details upon receipt.
4. Liase with H-companies & distributors.
Warehouse
1. Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor warehouse.
2. Coordinates transportations between warehouse and site installation team.
3. Upkeep records of warehouse storage and movement.
4. Performs other related duties as directed.
