Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with facilities booking
Ensure adherence to booking terms and prompt payment compliance
Manage mailbox enquiries and follow up on booking requests
Handle user feedback, enquiries, quotations, and complaints
Execute end-to-end processing of facility booking requests
Prepare and analyze booking and operational reports when required
Support user administration and mobile application system testing
Assist with operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma graduate in any related field
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
