Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities
Manage records, databases, documentation, and tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Review, verify, and process information, forms, applications, or transactions according to established procedures
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and follow-up actions with various stakeholders
Handle enquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
Support data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, and documentation reviews where required
Assist with procurement, invoicing, claims processing, or finance-related administrative tasks
Liaise with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and service providers
Support project coordination, operational initiatives, and process improvement activities
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma & Degree or equivalent qualification
Interested in administration, operations, customer service, coordination, or support functions is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with data, documentation, and digital systems
