HR Executive/ AM


Job Description

Play a key role in supporting HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR initiatives across the organization.


Recruitment, Work pass application/ matters, payroll management, performance evaluation etc.


Key Responsibilities


Manage recruitment activities, including interview coordination, onboarding, orientation, and employee integration.


Support employee engagement programmes and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.


Administer and maintain the performance management system (HRIQ), including employee data updates and system enhancements.


Coordinate work pass and dependent pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with external vendors.


Manage employee insurance administration, including onboarding, offboarding, annual reviews, and renewals.


Coordinate medical examinations and health screening requirements for employees.


Prepare and submit surveys and reports required by government agencies and industry associations.


Support internship programmes and talent development initiatives.


Assist with corporate secretarial and compliance-related administrative matters.


Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other HR-related assignments.


Requirements


Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with exposure to payroll administration.


Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.


Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


Experience with HR systems such as QuickHR, HRIQ, or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.


Familiarity with HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
