A Personal Assistant role supporting our Human Resource Recruitment firm during an exciting phase of expansion and continued growth and development.
Key responsibilities
Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Directors
Support process improvement initiatives and administrative workflow enhancement
Ensure business operations are in line with Statutory regulations
Generate detailed reports and business data through various key platforms
Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
Attend to personal matters for Director and family
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
About you
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
Interested in technology, digitalisation and AI tools, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible
