Join a manufacturing company in the Construction Hardware industry as an Admin Assistant based in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, offering a salary package of basic salary plus performance bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, statements of accounts, payment vouchers, and related accounting documents.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Draft and send customer emails relating to orders, invoices, deliveries, and general enquiries.
- Maintain organised filing and documentation for invoices, delivery orders, payment vouchers, and other administrative records.
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting support duties will be advantageous.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
